This version of my game was heavily focused on writing as well as establishing certain aesthetics and themes!
First off, I experimented a lot with how to display the AI character, whose name is "JudaCasey" (Supposed to be a play on words of 'Judacator', but probably not final).
I think the aesthetic I want to go for is classic computer terminal style with a green hue and scrolling text. I also did some mild research on Modern AI Language Models and tried to use a lot of it's common phrases and vocabulary in my dialogue for "JudaCasey".

I do plan on having a different font for the AI character, but I wanted to focus on my main objectives which was establishing basic identities/style and flesh out the writing content.

Another big hurdle was how to present the "memory" segments. The idea is that you are directly seeing through the eyes of the suspect and hearing what they hear. However, in order to have this make sense in the world for the justice system to not 100% convict everyone instantly, the suspect's thoughts can't be read. In addition, that means no interaction from the player as they are simply experiencing memories rather than participating. This makes it difficult to retain attention, so I decided to tell these in smaller more dense chunks with time jump and use a sort of 1st/3rd person perspective.

In addition, I only have a limited amount of people to use for visuals, and I wanted to differentiate how people are depicted in memories versus real-life. I decided to use stock silhouette figure as it communicates that these memory analysis systems aren't entirely perfect and are just reconstructions of data.

These memories also give me the opportunity to delve into character building and introduce the harsher reality of this world as you are directly witnessing complex criminal behavior.

I unfortunately have not been able to implement the suspect interrogation aspect or the 2nd Day interrogation, but since I've built this day's content, I think I'll be able to accomplish that within the next 2 weeks as I now have a working blueprint.
